How do I book:  What happens next?

Step 1
Select the course you want to book and follow the links through to book the course.

Step 2
You will be sent an email with further information about your bookings.

Step 3
We will confirm your training is in place and venue.

Step 4
Delivery of training.

Step 5
Within two weeks all learners will be certificated with their Global/National Standard  Qualification.

Where are your course held?

We hold our courses throughout Nigeria an if you prefer at you premises. If our schedule does not list a course near you then please let us know so your preferred location can be considered for future courses.

What pre-requisites do i need to attend First Aid & Defibrillation Instructor course?

There are no pre-requisite to the courses we are offering at this time.

When will I receive my joining Instructions?

If you are attending your course at our designated venues, our Course joining instructions regarding the venue  are released soon after your bookings at least 3 days before your start date. If you have not received your joining instructions by 3 days before you join your course then please contact the office on +234 8097624882 or emailing


I have paid a deposit for my course, when will the balance be due?

Full payment for courses must be received during booking and on or before the day of the training course start date so if there is any pre-course work this can be released and your seat is confirmed as number of attendance per course is limited.

Will i be required to do any pre-course work?

Not really as the plan is to provide you everything you need on the day of the course.  However, when we offer our instructor courses, there will be pre-course work to complete.

I have enhanced learning credit, what courses could i use these for?

As an approved provider to the Enhanced Learning Credit scheme military personnel can use their lower or higher tier credits against any of our courses that are level 3 or higher. If you need help or guidance then please contact us by the following methods Tel +234 8097624882

What happen if I need to cancel or transfer my course place

If you need to cancel or transfer your course then please contact us at your earliest convenience. Fees may apply, please refer to our course booking terms and conditions for further details.

What support will I receive from UI Training after my course?

Well, we would like to think that this is just the start of a very long and rewarding relationship for all of us. We will support you in any tailored or additional courses you may need in your organization. We are just a phone call away.

How long will the qualification last and how do I refresh my qualification

Your qualification will last 3 years. After this period you can attend one of our half-day Annual Refresher course, which updates that First Aid at Work and Pediatric First Aid qualifications.
